Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd.(NHI) successfully completed the no-load test of PXF5475 gyratory crusher
On August 27th, NHI successfully completed the no-load test work of the PXF5475 gyratory crusher, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation and commissioning of the product.
The PXF5475 gyratory crusher is a large-scale crusher developed and produced by NHI. It has the advantages of high automation, strong material processing capacity, long liner life, and load start. Due to the use of a newly designed cavity, the crushing efficiency is higher and the liner life is longer. Compared with traditional products, the liner life is increased by more than 20%.
The advanced design concept and manufacturing process of this equipment have strong crushing ability and can efficiently process ores of various hardness. Compared with traditional PXZ1417 and PXF5474 gyratory crushers of the same specifications, the production capacity has increased by more than 40%, with a maximum of 3300tph. The swing frequency of the moving cone is increased by 15%, and the ore has been crushed more times with better particle shape.
The PXF5475 gyratory crusher has a sturdy and stable structure, which can operate stably for a long time in harsh working environments, greatly reducing maintenance costs and standby time of the equipment. At the same time, the crushing ratio of the crusher is large, which can crush large pieces of ore to the required particle size at once, greatly improving production efficiency. The equipment is equipped with spray dedusting and mechanical dedusting devices during operation, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and dust emissions, and meet the green development requirements of modern industry.
