New Record of Drifting Footage of Full Face & High Efficiency Tunnel Boring Machine
NHI’s Full Face & High Efficiency Tunnel Boring Machine is the first domestic and self-developed product, which adopts the core technology within related industries of the whole world. On 26th February 2015, the new record was made by this system with 158m per day drifting footage.
NHI’s Full Face & High Efficiency TBM is the tunneling machinery which working in close collaboration with Shendong Company. On 20th May 2014, Full Face & High Efficiency TBM was assembled and commissioned in Shendong Company. After nine months of industrial test, this system had been developed and upgraded for the work of Daliu Tower coal underground mining. On 25th February 2015, the drifting footage of Daliu Tower coal underground mining reached to 76m per day. Moreover, it reached to 82m per day in the next following day. The total drifting footage reached to 158m per day which broke the record. According to related staff, the monthly drifting footage can reach to 4700m following by present efficiency.
The gross weight of Full Face & High Efficiency TBM is 295t and the installed power is 1809kW. The comprehensive application of Full Face & High Efficiency TBM includes full-face continuous cutting techniques, automatic location system, and wireless remote control technology, quick dispatch, and dust collection device, roof bolter mounted on carrier and shunting. With the Full Face & High Efficiency TBM and its support facilities, the speed of excavation can reach to 0.3m per second and capacity can reach to 1500 tons per hour. The excavated section can reach to 25㎡. Moreover, it can achieve 50m wireless remote control, 150m daily drifting footage and more than 4000m monthly drifting footage. The excavated surface can be finished by one-step molding technology, synchronous and continuous operation. Full Face & High Efficiency TBM can reduce workloads and improve the safety & quality of excavation work.
