On February 14, the news came from the construction site of the 300000 kilowatt thermal power plant in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The 12 sets of beat wheel coal mills provided by NHI were successfully installed due to their superior quality, thus ensuring the official ignition and power generation of the power plant in June this year.
"Compared with traditional products, these 12 products can achieve energy consumption reduction of 15%, efficiency improvement of 15%, and weight reduction of 20%. This is the fruit of our new technology to seize the high point of beat wheel coal mill." On February 14, in an interview with reporters, Li Hongsheng, chief designer of electric power products of the NHI Design Institute, commented.
From the birthplace of the first steel ball coal mill in China; To become the manufacturer with the most complete varieties, specifications and types, NHI has provided nearly 1500 beat wheel coal mills, bringing a bright light to the world.
One product, one filling the domestic blank record
On November 6, 1999, the 300000 kilowatt thermal power generating unit of Shandong Laicheng Power Plant was officially put into operation. Among them, 12 double inlet and double outlet coal mills attracted much attention. This is not only a product independently developed by the former Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory, but also passed the 168-hour test run in only 11 days after the first startup, which was listed as the world's largest by the Shanghai Guinness Headquarters.
In the 1980s, the world's coal mill technology achieved a new breakthrough, and the double inlet and double outlet coal mill (low-speed coal mill) appeared, and became the international "popular color" because of its advanced technology and high efficiency. In 1989, the former Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory reopened the precedent of the Chinese industry, introduced BBD type double inlet and double outlet coal mill from France, took 10 years to digest and re-innovate the technology, developed a full series of double inlet and double outlet coal mill products, quickly occupied the leading domestic large thermal power plants, with the highest market share of more than 70%, and created a record high of more than 1 billion yuan of orders a year at that time.
Because of his outstanding performance, Yu Tingwei, the chief designer of the introduction of the double inlet and double outlet coal mill, the former director of the Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory Power Station, was rated as the national model worker.
Three technologies and three products lead the industry for decades
In 2006, two MB3600 beat wheel coal mills (high-speed coal mill) provided by NHI began to officially operate in Inner Mongolia Yimin Power Plant with 600000 KW units, marking that NHI has successfully developed the world's advanced beat wheel coal mill.
In 1958, the former Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory launched the first steel ball coal mill in China, and after five times of upgrading design, it launched six standard series products of steel ball coal mills. These products are widely used in China's thermal power plants, and Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory is also known as the messenger of light. After the reform and opening up, the speed of technological innovation of NHI has accelerated. After the introduction of double inlet and double outlet coal mills, it has independently developed the domestic leading medium-speed coal mills and high-speed coal mills.
In 2005, NHI imported MB beat wheel coal mill (high-speed coal mill) technology from Russia and independently developed a full series of MFQ beat wheel coal mill after digestion and absorption. This product, which is "customized" for lignite in Inner Mongolia, has become the "true love" of large lignite boiler generator units with a capacity of more than 600000 kilowatts.
In 1986, NHI introduced medium-speed coal mill technology from Germany, and then introduced MP medium-speed coal mill that meets international standards. It is widely used in domestic and foreign power industries, including more than 800 sets in the power industry.
Three major products and three project technologies have made NHI occupy the “C” position in China's coal mill industry.
Build green competitiveness and win new initiatives in development
In 2007, NHI was established. At this time, three excellent products of thermal power generation - stacker-reclaimer, belt conveyor and tippler have also been successfully joined, and the thermal power industry chain of NHI has been greatly extended.
At the same time, the green and high-end development of coal mill, the fist product of NHI, is also in full swing, and it is rapidly moving towards clean and efficient: talent reserve, technical innovation, management improvement......
According to the authoritative department, the proportion of thermal power installed capacity to electric power installed capacity has decreased slightly year by year due to the impact of environmental protection, power structure reform and other policies in recent years, but China's energy pattern with thermal power as the main pattern has not changed, and the thermal power installed capacity will continue to grow. This is a business opportunity for NHI. "Taking advantage of the long-term market advantages and the continuously improved green competitiveness, NHI has a lot of room in the thermal power generation market. We need to turn the technical advantages into industrial advantages as soon as possible." Zhang Bin, president of NHI, said about the future.
